This is a sample copy of the core template we use to form the $5000 Life Transformation System Z licence agreement. You must be approved to own this licence and the licence will be customized to your situation. It is not valid unless signed by Jorj Elprehzleinn and you. It is highly recommended that you also purchase the Ecommerce assistance package if you wish to have this licence.

Here are the terms:

1. This licence is good for 3 yrs from the date of purchase.

2. This license is world-wide, and non-exclusive.and 

3. This licence grants you the right to host, promote, and sell the following products on your website, or in offline format such as your workshops.

-The Life Transformation Formula e-book
-The Life Transformation Workbook software.
-The Life Transformation Audio File
-The Invocative Affirmation
-The Money and Health Subliminal Audios


4. With this licence fee paid, you are also required to pay 16% of the gross profits of any and all sales of the above products.

5. YOu are permitted to change, customize and/or rewrite the INTRODUCTION to the first chapter of the Life Transformation Formula e-book entitled Winning. Your version must be approved by Jorj Elprehzleinn in writing and he must have a copy. Your version must give credit to Jorj Elprehzleinn as the copyright owner and must contain certain a standard introductory section written by Jorj Elprehzleinn that is provided for you.

6. You are permitted to put a link to your website on the documents and files and the words:
"presented by" followed by your name or your company or website name.

7. You are permitted to offer the materials under a different brand name, or under your company name as long as the proper credit and links are given to the source material. 

8. You are NOT permitted to alter the software, or the written materials, or the audio files in any other way than those just described.

9. You are not permitted to repurpose or re-formulate or edit the materials, software, or audio files in any way other than described above without express written permission from Jorj Elprehzleinn. Your ideas are welcome but must be permitted in writing to avoid copyright infringement risk.

10.Payment of the 16% royalty due to Jorj Elprehzleinn must be made within 30 days of the time you receive your payment from your customers.

11. You are not permitted to grant licence to any one else to sell or offer these works.

12. You are not permitted to bundle these items as promotional free bonuses with any other materials, except that you are permitted to give away for free the Life Transformation Formula e-book Chapter 1, and the Invocative Affirmation if and only if they are part of a sales process that leads to paid sales of the entire e-book and other products.

13.The standard pricing structure is as follows:

-E-book $97 US
-LIfe Transformation Workbook Software $127 US
-Life Transformation Audio File $27 US
-Invocative Affirmation $47 US
-Money and Health Subliminal Audio Files (for the pair) $27

Any packages, special offers or pricing discounts must be approved by Jorj Elprehzleinn in writing.

15. Your licence fee is non refundable.

16. Your licence can be revoked if you violate any of these terms and your fee will not be refunded.

17. You agree not to hold Jorj R. Elprehzleinn legally responsible for any issues that may arise from your relations with him or the Life Transformation System Z materials.

18. You agree that all matters needed to be resolved will be done through mediation and you will not file lawsuit or take Jorj R. Elprehzlein to court for any matter.

19. YOu agree not to perform spam or any black hat marketing in association with your attempts to distribute the LIfe Transformation System Z materials.

20. Jorj Elprehzleinn agrees not to take you to court or file lawsuit for any matter and agrees to resolve any issues out of court.

21. In the matter of any dispute, upon receiving written notification from Jorj Elprehzleinn you may be asked to stop promoting, sharing, or presenting the LIfe Transformation System Z materials until the dispute is resolved and you agree to comply with this as soon as you receive the notice, within a reasonable amount of time depending on the circumstances.
